I rarely leave reviews but I find this necessary. First off I made an appointment in advance, showed up at my appointment time and many walk ins were sat before I was. Finally at 2:30 I was put into a chair after my appointment was at 2. My pedicure was extremely rushed because they were very busy, but whatever. From there I went to start my manicure. Been here twice. Staff are okay, had to wait about half an hour yesterday for my pedicure but they were busy and that's the chance a person takes doing a walk-in.
My nails looked like I painted them myself. My nails weren't filed correctly, nail polish on my skin, design not what I asked for and not done properly. One nail is crooked. Just not satisfied with them. Only reason I have it any stars is because the workers were nice.
I've been a regular here for over a year and half now... always nice and helpful and do a great job with my pedicures. Love this place! #realmengetpedicures
