The nail tech did awful job on my toes, had to fix it elsewhere. Then tried to overcharge menu telling the front desk I got another type of pedicure. When I pointed out that that wasn’t the case - “oh I’m sorry I’m sorry, I forgot”. And as a cherry on top, I was asked how much tip I’d like to leave for her. None. That’s a joke. I leave a tip for at least a decent job, and that wasn’t it. It’s the management’s problem that they cut corners and underpay their staff.
