One month my meds were filled TWO WEEKS LATE ( and some were mental). They ignore faxes,sent me to a psych who didn't take my insurance.And then one who wouldn't treat me.The woman they refered me to get me a psychiatrist I've called THREE times & have YET to recieve anything.Everytime you call you get put ON HOLD for 15-20 minutes.Ive put in at LEAST 50 complaints against thier transportation company but they offer NO OPTION. Saw someone comment about negligence… another person lost their child because of this clinic . A third someone else cant even get telehealth call? I have the same issue !! I also came here before covid it wasnt the best but definitely better. Shame that im not the only one. Very horrible place, unclean, not sure if they even care about the constant malpractice. Pls tripple check the doctors license. Before coming i dont know if its even up to date because to have someone misscarry and you think its a UTI?! Who could be that ... read more
