RecommendedMoved in recently and love the complex. It’s quiet, clean and amenties work great. The pool is a masterpiece. The office staff is always there and extremely helpful. If I could give this property zero stars I would. Trust me you do not want to live here. Read the reviews they are all true even the old ones. Unprofessional, inconsiderate, and unreliable. After deciding on wanting to buyout my lease, and doing the leg work for them. This place is a complete lie. One manager will tell you one thing and another will tell you something different. The toilets constantly clog. Roaches never go away. They don’t care if you pay your rent on time. If you need a payment plan they still will charge you 85% of your rent. Don’t ever move here. Lived there for 2 years and after 4 or 5 property managers and companies, I’m glad I moved! They submitted a $156 dollar bill for a freaking paint job to collections and never contacted me! Angela was the last mgr I spoke with about it. The Staff is Amazing .. I really Appreciate thier hard work in taking care of the residents. My dog really enjoys walking to the dog park, and everyone is so friendly
