I have nothing but good things to say about Bella Lily! They have excellent service, friendly staff, and a gorgeous selection. I was really nervous about trying on dresses, but they put me at ease quickly and made me feel confident! I absolutely love my dress and am so glad I went to Bella Lily first!
Had a wonderful experience here! Great customer service when finding a dress and after! My bag that my wedding dress came in ripped and within two days Brenda had mailed me a new one! Highly recommend this place � I am going to leave them a lower review due to my experience with having to Alter my dress, they convinced me to get a bigger size “just in case” which made for a huge price tag to take in a dress that was way to big for me. The owner, Brenda, and her staff made us feel like friends of her family ftom the moment we stepped foot in the doors of Bella Lily Bridal Shop. The staff was very attentive, friendly, kind and knowledgeable! 5 stars for sure! I have NO idea how anyone rated this 1 star.
There's not enough beautiful things to say about Bella Lily! Megan helped me out and she was amazing! Sometimes I said no to the dress before she as even done buttoning it up and she did not mind at all! Very friendly and professional staff. I loved that it was appointment only so you get their undivided attention!! Def recommend!
It was a perfect experience. Dana was absolutely the sweetest! It's a very personal experience and they really listen to what you want as a bride. I made the right decision buying my dress from Bella Lily today!!
