They lack communication, its hard to get in touch with these people office hours say they’re open 8:30am to 5pm I went 5x today NO ONE was there. Calling them doesn’t make a difference they still don’t answer. Only when its for their convenience they will get ahold of you. Then they raise the rent & we have put in a request due to a problem that we’ve had on going about our apartment and they haven’t done nothing. I DONT Recommend renting from them. Sadly we’ve had a bad experience.

Stay AWAY from this guy! I`d give him a minus-10 star rating if I could. In my opinion, he is EXTREMELY INCOMPETENT. He wanted to list my property for $100,000 IT SOLD FOR $218,000 CASH!!! I could have even got more than that, had I wanted to wait a little longer. HE WAS OFF BY A WHOPPING $118,000!..WOW! He should be ashamed of himself! I had half a notion of reporting him to NAR
