The issues and lies from Bella started well before a shovel hit dirt on our lot. After our initial meeting and design, Dave DePaulo, the owner, sent a digital copy of our contract the day before we signed. The next day when we went to sign in person, I noticed that the printed copy had almost $10,000 missing from our allowances. Take your money elsewhere. From the start there were so many red flags with these builders and I wish more people would have written reviews and shared their experiences to warn us. We are not the only ones that have either complained, sued, or absolutely hated the entire experience.
