Was looking for a new stylist after my stylist of 13 years moved out of state. If I could give zero stars I would. I attempted to call on several different days & different times but no one ever picked up the phone. Don't even waste your time trying. Go to a different salon.
Great salon everyone is very friendly, kind.The environment clean,welcoming and stylish . I get my hair done by Marissa she's very professional. Communication is out standing and she's always on time. I get highlights and cut she does a fantastic job.
Called to make an appt for a few weeks out and was pushed off by the stylist that answered the phone who ‘didn’t have time’ to a new associate… said she call me back. Been two days and no one ever called back. Guess they aren’t hurting for business but I don’t do business with those who can’t be bothered to even call a person back for an appt.
