I guess I'm the only one disagreeing on here, unless (like Hector Hernandez below) everyone works for the company. Hector is the manager at the Merlayne complex in Henderson. *BUYER BEWARE: These apartments are NOTHING like the pictures posted on their website! moved into Bella Estates Apartments, from out-of-state, needing immediate residence. There were several issues with the property after the original management left. For starters, the property became absolutely FILTHY. Crime became a daily occurrence; cars are getting broken into on a daily basis Drug dealers and prostitutes use the car ports for business. No security at all. Great location; They been remodeling these apartments they totally look different inside not what I expected for the price. I did my research before I sign the lease I was impress when they actually showed me the actual apartment not just the model unit. It's a fair price and a great location to be away but close enough to the city. “Comfortable, Clean and Convenient” I look at several apartments before deciding on this one. It’s located in the south east area of town, great place if you want to save money and be at a convenient location since it only takes a few minutes to get to all areas of town I needed something central since I have to drive to different parts of the city.
