Moved in in August, love it so far! Had a blast at the Carnival, hopefully the Halloween party will be just a fun. It's nice to meet your neighbors, at least when they are like mine! :)
Three weeks ago I went there and talked to a lady named cindy about a disabled friendly apartment for my disabled wife and 1 year old baby. she promised this apartment to us as long as we had a co signer which was my mother. throughout the following weeks she re assured us that it was 100 percent ours to move into so we stopped our apartment search with comfort knowing we had a home to go to once our lease was up. when we came in day before yesterday to sign our lease cindy said she gave our disabled friendly apartment to a ... read more
First off i want to say we do enjoy our apartment. Everything is brand new. The reason for two stars is it is unfortunate there is a lack of amenities that were promised to all tenants many months ago from the corporate office. No pool or spa, very little parking, gates always open, street lighting is bad, construction workers are disrespectful of existing residence, dog wash/play area..doesn't exist. Great environment and the staff are awesome! It's been a pleasure living here. I can't wait till they are complete it's very exciting!
