I would give them zero stars if possible. They sent me items with stitching falling apart and sewn like a pile of spaghetti on each cuff. I sent photos and "Trevor" stated "I don't see anything, it's clearance so you can't return it. I want to remind you our return policy is clearly stated on our site." Soooo..... you sent a defective item and it is MY fault??? A quick BBB search shows they have ONLY 'F' RATINGS as well! DO NOT SHOP HERE, THEY SEND JUNK OR WRONG ITEMS THEN LIE SO THEY DON'T HAVE TO FIX THEIR ERROR.
Terrible quality and awful service. The dresses I ordered arrived damaged and of cheap quality. I called customer service and they refused to give a refund – saying that they only refund in "store credit." The man on the phone (Trevor Williams - who apparently seems to be the only one in the customer service department) was incredibly rude. Would never shop here again or recommend this place to anyone. Terrible terrible terrible.
Where to even start. I wish I could give this boutique zero stars. The problems started when I received the dress I ordered. I paid $80 for a white dress. The dress is completely see through, extremely stiff and cheap fabric, and a ton of thread ends are loose. I then contacted customer service the day I received the dress to return it.
