Save your money and headache. If you are outside of their return date, no exchanges or store credit. If don’t respond to them within 5 days, they will restock your items and just take your money. Plus all sales are final and will result in a store credit. The quality of clothes are poor and high priced. The clothes are polyester and made in China. Their sizes run small. This business is not ready for online business. They should stick to brick and mortar.
Really awful company to deal with. They are unreasonable and lie to suit their needs then double down when caught in the lie. But, it never matters if you're right in the end, because the company is also the deciding authority. I ordered a dress 15 days before an event and paid for 2-3 day shipping. They didn't ship the dress until over a week later and it won't arrive before I have to go out of town for the very event the dress was ordered for. Horrible place to order clothes from. I ordered a dress for a event and paid extra shipping $10. For 2-3 day shipping. I was keeping track of the dress and it said it was delivered a week after I ordered it. So event has passed. I get home there is not package I never received it. Deceptive practices, you sell products without size charts, you don't allow refunds to the original payment and ONLY store credit, you make customers pay for returns, your clothing is so small that my very average body would have to order probably a XXXL as the large didn't even fit over my ribs, and WORST OF ALL...you are not showing bad reviews on your website. Received wrong item. Paid for 2-3 day shipping on a Wednesday, did not receive full order until almost a week later. The dress sizes were completley misrepresented as were the descriptions of the products. Poor quality and terrible customer service. I have now made 3 attempts to be contacted with no luck. Will never purchase from this store again. Side note - they also do NOT offer returns and are not completley up front regarding what can actually be returned for "store credit".
Do NOT order from this boutique!!! Waited WEEKS for my order....yes, WEEKS....and still NO order!!! Even got an email telling me the order was delivered, which was a complete and total LIE! STILL waiting and had to scramble to find a new outfit to wear the day of. After sending 4 emails, I finally got a response. The customer service rep was absolutely NO help. Shady business practices. Currently in dispute with paypal & filed complaint with BBB. I had placed an order for an item, but after seeing all the negative reviews and seeing that they do not allow refunds once an order has shipped (only store credit), I contacted the shop to cancel my order. The shop refuses to refund me even though my order has never shipped. Untrustworthy in every sense not to allow refunds especially since an item hasn't even been shipped and is sitting at their shop. I bought a dress and it was too big. They would not let me do a simple exchange for a smaller size without first paying for return shipping and shipping of the new item AND the cost of the new dress before refunding my money after the new dress arrived. I would've had to pay for the cost of three dresses and only be given one. Very bad customer service. Do not recommend. They do not allow refunds, only store credit. Buyer beware
