RecommendedI truly enjoy this location/ they abide by the CDC guidelines as it relates to Covid and PPE- if I don’t like something they’ve been really awesome about making me happy. Also like that they have a predominately male staff.
Bella Duchess has good sanitary procedures and digital check in. They were courteous and attentive. I highly recommend Tom. His firm touch was helpful for those of us who struggle with being ticklish during a pedicure. Thanks for a pleasant experience!
They charged me $102 for a very basic set. I wasn’t very impressed with the work initially, but became livid when several of the nails started breaking down the middle. I didn’t know the area, so I went back. I figured if I explained to them what happened they’d do a better job the second time around. They were so polite the first time. So careful. So nice. This time they were both very rude. My nails were horrific. I will NEVER GO BACK.
You are never greeted when you walk in and they never go in order.
Soon as you walk in the employees barely acknowledge your presence or even greet you. They don’t accommodate their customers and they’re always rude and nonchalant. The quality of the service is always trash, and a discount or free service is never offered whether they’re in the wrong or not in any situation. Customer service needs major work! I will never go back!
