I’ve lived in 7 different apartments over my adult life, in both Seattle and San Diego, and I can safety say Bella Del Mar is the best experience I have ever had. It has treated us with greater respect and professionalism than any apartment complex I have ever had the pleasure of living in. Special mention should be made on two accounts. Feeling so grateful for finding this gem of a place to live in Del Mar. Absolutely loving my time here and how pup friendly it is. Isaac and Lauryn made the move-in process seamless. Lauryn has been instrumental in helping me feel welcome to California after finally deciding to leave Oregon after many years of deliberation. Danielle White is the greatest she tried to help me but I stead o me taking the process as fast I could have the prejudice manager wanted to go slow as if waiting for other people to find the rentals so by the time I could move in it wouldn't be none available please stop it nothing takes weeks unless people want it they have fax machines and everything else so don't go here if your black they'll have you waiting weeks while white residents get to get their paper work in asap....I gave 5 stars to the lady that was really try... read more
