Unfortunately I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Cooper. In addition to waiting over an hour past scheduled appointment time before he even entered the room, his demeanor was passive-aggressive, rude, and unprofessional. Many people already experience anxiety about visiting the dentist, so it is especially important for providers to be respectful and compassionate. I cannot say enough amazing things about Bella Dental and Dr. Cooper. Getting dental implants has truly changed my life. The staff is super supportive and nice. They really care that you are comfortable and that care is affordable and manageable!
Everyone in the office was very professional and very helpful. I would refer this office to whomever needs to see a dentist and they worked me in on the same day, because I was hurting bad.
