Tatyana did a horrible job on my hair. I would never recommend her to anyone. I specifically asked for a clean blonde color without streaks and without any yellow tint. Instead, she completely ruined my hair. Now my hair has harsh streaks, uneven color, and yellow tones — exactly what I said I did not want. What am I supposed to do now? First, You cannot pay by card what is very inconvenient. Secondly, unfortunately she doesn’t listen to the client and does everything her own way.
