I had the most amazing experience today at Bella Cosa Salon with Tatyana! She understood everything that I wanted and was able to achieve my dream blonde hair. This is the best my hair has ever looked, and I am so grateful for Tatyana and her talented work. She was very kind, professional, and attentive throughout the entire appointment. I love the result of my hair so much and look forward to coming back in the future!!

Where do I even begin? I have never had such an uncomfortable salon experience in my life. First, communication was a disaster. We had been texting before my appointment, and I later realized she was using a translation app because she speaks almost no English. I have absolutely no problem with someone speaking another language, but when you're using bleach on someones hair, communication is extremely important. Tatyana did a horrible job on my hair. I would never recommend her to anyone. I specifically asked for a clean blonde color without streaks and without any yellow tint. Instead, she completely ruined my hair. Now my hair has harsh streaks, uneven color, and yellow tones — exactly what I said I did not want. What am I supposed to do now?
