I went to this salon at the beginning of the year, asked for a specific stylist and was told that they were booked for at least a month...so I said okay to someone else doing my hair. I wanted a perm and specifically asked for someone who was very knowledgeable with perms knowing that perms are not the "in" hairstyle and a lot of stylists are out of touch with how to even successfully do one. First, the talent and atmosphere is mediocre at best. Secondly, good luck trying to get someone to answer the phone during operational hours. Apparently they do enough business, they don't need more! My experience with this salon was far from what was expected and I only tried them due to the reviews listed here!! I would NOT recommend this salon to anyone, unless I really don't like that person. The service provided does not support the ridiculously high prices.

My 5 year old daughter and I visited Bella Cheveux the first time yesterday. Everyone was very friendly and wonderful with my daughter and she was so excited to show off her hair cut at the sitter's this morning. I had my hair cut and colored and it looks fabulous - I got so many compliments on it already. I can't wait to go back!
I've been going to bella cheveux since my husband first found them, and i absolutely LOVE it. First off the building their set in is extremely clean, and decorated super cute. They have awesome products you can buy and the staff is very informed on each of them. And their stylists are amazing! I've gone to Brittany each time, but even talking to others is great.
