Pros: pretty close to freeways entrance, stores, foods, etc. Theres a bus stop right next to it, decent rooms, has area to put washing/drying machine in unit, has balcony, garage. Nice office person. Cons: pretty dirty, a lot of homeless around, car break-ins, neighbors stealing packages, the playground & gym is meh, maintenance guy is meh. They keep giving notice to have someone be in unit for inspections but they always never come, pretty annoying!
The dishwasher still does not work, if they placed the sticker reinforcement around the bathtubs.
Getting, maintenance fixed, how was experience, um ..........no, no it's not
