Poor management … fire alarms are too loud could cause hearing loss. A manager is needed on a daily basis at the apartment complex for assistance etc., … If needed I can be the manager as I’ve been an Assistant Living facility Administrator and can be reached by email.
Homelessness, theft, break ins, poor apartment management, crazy people yelling and homeless smashing things make this apartment not worth living in. You'll be up daily hoping your car isn't broken into. Anything with insurance will increase by a lot too since this area statiscally is high risk. The residents themselves are nice and the apartment maintenance guy is solid.
Very nice place but there is no place to do sports like basketball, football or soccer. You should make an area like that and it will make the kids that love sports in the apartments happy.
