The 5 star reviews are from paid employees. This complex is as bad as everyone else says it is. There is no maintenance, no amenities, community fees that total about 200 dollars a month, crime is insane because they will flat out refuse to fix anything including the broken gate. Your car and you are NOT SAFE HERE. Management will blame you for having your car stolen and your apartment broken into. Roaches are a serious issue that they will not pay to fix.
