Having recently moved to Sebastopol, I was recommended this nail salon and was excited to give it a try. Unfortunately, my first experience was disappointing. I had an 11AM appointment for a pedicure and gel manicure. I waited about 15 minutes for my pedicure, which was well done, so I didn't mind the delay on a busy Sunday. The frustration came afterward. Unfortunately didn’t appreciate the service
I’ve been coming to this salon for about 4 to 5 years, so this is not coming from a one-time experience. But the situation I experienced today was honestly unacceptable. I came in as a walk-in, so I expected to wait and had no issue with the 30-minute wait. That part was completely fine. My mother in law was seen as soon as we arrived. I typically drive into Santa Rosa to get my hard gel fills done but wanted to find a place closer to the Guernville/Sebastopol area as this is where I live. Called Bella Capela after reading the Google Reviews and they did not disappoint. The got me in at the last minute and I am extemely happy with the quality and cost of my fill. Less expensive than the SR salon and much better service and general vibe. I will be going back.
