I searched for a classic bridesmaid dress for my girls and Bella Bridesmaids absolutely delivered that. From SO MANY selections, I would find it hard to not find a dress you liked. I had bridesmaids all down the east coast, and with the multiple locations, the DC store made it possible so my bridesmaids could order and pick up at the location nearest them. I really loved my experience at Bella Bridesmaids in NYC and in NJ. However, this location was the complete opposite. The person we met with was unprepared. We indicated the exact dress we wanted to try prior to the appointment because we had chosen it in NYC and wanted my bridesmaid who is in the area to try them too, but the style we wanted to see was not there when we arrived and there weren't similar styles or even dresses by the same designer. Great experience! Lovely ladies who assisted us! I appreciated the support and how much they catered to each one of my ladies; if one needed something longer, shorter, tighter, etc; they knew exactly how to respond! They provided options on options and I appreciated that to keep the girls moving and the appointment feeling worth it! Def do this if you want a range of styles, colors and girls who have your back when tracking the styles you want!
Lovely, knowledgeable, and responsive. Went in for a bridesmaid dress and found a beautiful selection and an easy, unhurried time, in a clean and thoughtfully arranged shop. The appointment was kind and engaging.I really enjoyed buying my dress there. I wish I needed more gowns.
We found our dresses easily, and our associate Karlynda was wonderful. She listened to my ideas and took them into careful consideration when helping us choose a fabric and colors. She was also super patient when I changed the color last minute, and decided to go with a totally different dress in the end.
