Tess is amazing! She is very knowledgeable about measurements, colors, design, and even helped my sister, who is expecting a beautiful baby, pick out her dress with a lovely silhouette. She helped us navigate the whole process so it was very streamlined from the beginning. She also gave us her fashion opinion and considerations for day of the event. I searched for a classic bridesmaid dress for my girls and Bella Bridesmaids absolutely delivered that. From SO MANY selections, I would find it hard to not find a dress you liked. I had bridesmaids all down the east coast, and with the multiple locations, the DC store made it possible so my bridesmaids could order and pick up at the location nearest them. If I could give 0 stars, I would. The sizing online was inaccurate, quality of the material of the dress was EXTREMELY CHEAP felt like I was buying something off of temu. No return or exchange policy is ridiculous. I spent (along with remaining bridesmaids) hundreds of dollars for alterations on a dress that came in, very inaccurate in sizing and length. Bella Bridesmaids was the only option I could find where my bridesmaids could try on dresses in person. It was a really special experience getting to go into the store with each of my girls and help them pick out their dresses. I primarily worked with the DC location - DJ was very helpful and made the process even more fun - but I also went into the NYC and Boston locations, and it was great having the ability for my bridesmaids in different cities to try on dresses in their cities. I really loved my experience at Bella Bridesmaids in NYC and in NJ. However, this location was the complete opposite. The person we met with was unprepared. We indicated the exact dress we wanted to try prior to the appointment because we had chosen it in NYC and wanted my bridesmaid who is in the area to try them too, but the style we wanted to see was not there when we arrived and there weren't similar styles or even dresses by the same designer.
