I had a great experience at Bella Bridal. Their selection was great and the stylist really listened to what I wanted. I ended up picking a dress that was the opposite of what I initially thought I wanted. They were able to help me find the perfect dress for my venue, had a matching veil, and I did my alterations in house! I was so happy to get a great deal on my dress and not have to sacrifice my Barbie Christmas poofy dress dreams. Thank you Bella Bridal!
I had a really poor experience at this bridal store. It was my first time, and from the moment I walked in I was quickly checked in to go and start picking out my dresses. There was no warmth, excitement, or enthusiasm of the fact this was my first time shopping. I had questions and felt like I was pushed aside each time or being annoying to the person helping me. I visited Bella's outlet and was lucky to have Daniella as my bridal consultant. She was truly amazing, she made me feel so comfortable, especially as a plus-size bride. I don't love someone helping me into a dress, lol, but she was very welcoming, a great icebreaker, and she found exactly what I wanted. I checked other bridal outlets nearby (Lily) and will say this shop is smaller, but their dresses were so much nicer, especially more trendy with the satin, clean, ball gowns for a plus size bride.
