Carrie & Natalie were awesome! I previously went to a couple other bridal salons before stepping into their boutique in Chicago. They definitely made my mother and I feel comfortable. The whole process was a breeze and made you feel super relaxed. We even toasted with champagne when I found my dress! She knew exactly how to appease my wants and desires in a matter of minutes, helping me find my PERFECT dress. I absolutely had the most amazing experience with Bella Bianca! I was styled by Kiara and she was fantastic! She really pinned the dress for me to get an idea of my shape and added the right accessories for me to hands down know I made the right choice! I would recommend them to anyone! I am beyond saddened to read this review because your depiction of how we treated you could not be further from the truth. I personally went back and forth with you extensively via email and phone conversations trying to find a solution you would be happy with. The dress did not arrive late as you allude to in your review, it arrived on time and you chose not to come in to try it on for months. KIARE is wonderful!!!! She was so helpful!! It was my first and only place I went for my dress and I can't wait to go back when it comes. Good customer service, passionate person that loves what they do and kind :)
