I had the most amazing experience at Bella Bianca! Taylor was the best consultant I could’ve ever asked for. She was so easy to talk to and she definitely knew her stuff! I did not feel pushed or rushed to make a decision, but walked out with my dream dress! 10/10 would recommend, I cannot say enough good things!
I did not end up getting my dress from Bella Bianca but I still had a wonderful experience and will recommend them to anyone looking for a dress! I worked with Taylor and felt like I was hanging out with my best friend. She made me feel so welcome, had a lot of great insight, suggestions and nailed my style to a T! If it wasn't for one dress outside of Bella that caught my eye I would have purchased from them.
The team at Bella Bianca is incredible! They are very friendly and really make the entire experience enjoyable for the bride-to-be and their entourage. Every time I went back whether it was for my dress fittings or to pick out accessories, every single employee was so helpful and always congratulated me (let's be honest, it's a really exciting time in your life so the "Congratulations!" never gets old!) I highly recommend this beautiful store with its amazing staff to help you find your dream dress!

Bella Bianca is amazing! I ordered my Galia Lahav wedding gown of my dreams when working at the Bella Bianca bridal location in the Gold Coast of Chicago. Jim, the manager, helped me find my perfect wedding dress - we tried on many different styles and he helped me make an informed decision based on the best option for me and my body type. You won’t regret coming here for your dress, I promise! I’ve been in the bridal industry myself for years and their selection and customer service is unmatched.
