A day after writing a review stating that l left the salon unhappy with the haircut and color I received, the owner called me from her home on a Saturday morning and offered to make things right. She was very kind and offered to have me come in again and leave satisfied with my hair. However, scheduling conflicts prevented that from happening. Ngoc did an excellent haircut. My husband had been deployed a year, and I was badly in need of getting the ends trimmed off and a decent current long style ;-) had no problem getting an appointment; and when called slightly lost on the streets of Bethesda, the nice lady walked me to finding this hidden jewel on 2nd floor of Elm St. For those afraid a salon recommends colors or products, they did none of that. Great experience!
Bella Bethesda Salon is truly a hidden jewel tucked away in one of Montgomery County's trendiest areas. If you want to see a master class of styling being done, I highly recommend checking this place out. With professionals of every level and experience, disappontment is a word that is nonexistent here. From the courteousness of Miss Ashlyn at the front desk to personal checkups from the owner, Miss Lindsey, it is money well spent.
