I have been here several times, and my friend also goes, and every time my stylist is polite, on time, and I always get a great cut and style. It s really affordable, which I appreciate, and the appointment times are really flexible.
Not impressed. My hairstylist and I use the term loosely, did an awful job, she talked too much was on the phone too much, they have no central receptionist, everyone just grabs the phone, she did not comprehend what I wanted, walked in with grey roots and walked out with grey roots. She also had to do my hair twice after I complained about my roots not being covered, she only did the top on the part line where you could see it, strange, really ridiculous. Never will I go back.
