Great place for the price. Walk to everything. The only downfall is the parking was not adjacent to the building. It was an easy walk but could be an issue if you want to be close to the car or flying solo late at night might seem sketch. We did not have a problem parking a standard size car there but the lot wasn't full either. They kindly allowed the car to stay a couple hours after checkout. Don't listen to the negative reviews of the hotel, people just like to complain about anything anymore. Yes you do not park onsite but come on, most things in downtown St. Augustine you can't park onsite. It's a very short walk to park your car. Plan accordingly. The location was perfect for walking around St. Augustine. The room was very clean and very convenient to be right downtown. We would definitely stay there again!

This place is substandard and the only thing it has going for it is the location near downtown. If you don't mind staying in an inn that is unclean, smells old and of cheap cleaning products, and where you recieve absolutely no service, this may be okay with you. But if you expect even 1 employee on site while you are spending the night in a strange place, do not stay here. There is a management company off site that brags they are a "contactless" service. Very deceiving when you book. Says there is on-site parking, THERE ISN'T! Parking is almost 1/4mile away at an apartment complex with only 4 parking spots available!! They give you a "parking pass" to be able to leave your car there as you walk back in THE RAIN to your room, totally unacceptable! We do not recommend this place at all, we should actually be given at least a partial refund for lying and deceiving its customers!
