I was disappointed with the overall condition of the property. There was visible mold in our room, and the hallways had a strong unpleasant smell. When we brought our concerns to the staff, the situation was not handled professionally. The cleanliness and customer service did not meet expectations.
Unfortunately, we found mold in our room, which made us uncomfortable staying there. We brought it to the staff’s attention, but the situation wasn’t handled very professionally. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I expected better customer service when raising a concern like this.
Be aware of MOLD! As soon as we entered the room, we noticed a strong, unpleasant odor. After being in the room for a few minutes, we discovered visible mold and realized the toilet was not working properly. We reached out to the property right away to report the issues, but never received a response. Not a terrible place at all. The only real complaint is definitely the noise from the bar downstairs. Otherwise the location can't be beat. Parking is off-site.
My experience was honestly unbelievable and unfortunate. We booked Bella Bah Inn for our wedding weekend and stayed three out of the four nights booked. Because we were constantly busy with wedding events, I didn’t spend much time in the room until the day before checkout when I started packing stuff up. That’s when I discovered multiple termites in the room and crawling all over my wedding dress.
