This place exceeded my expectations, given the great price. The room was clean, staff was super friendly, and check in was easy. The bed was very comfortable, which is important for me because I have severe back problems. The location and property is great, and there is an adorable pub just downstairs. While parking wasn't as issue for us, it may be for some as it it several blocks away. I highly recommend staying here.

BLACK MOLD. This is a disgusting place. Do not stay here. The rooms have BLACK MOLD! Management will do nothing and state that you should have called them at 2am. What would they do at 2am to remove all of the black mold? Really. So dumb.

I agree with many other guests who have posted negatively about this location. Don’t let the pretty pictures fool you. I was a guest here and it was not pretty once inside. If you like mold, this is definitely the place for you. Lots of it. You will smell it the moment you walk in. It’s in the carpet, the bathroom, the fan, the AC unit, everywhere. IT’S DISGUSTING. Stayed in Room #2. There was a strong musty smell and what appeared to be mold on the bathroom ceiling above the door. We did not feel comfortable staying and had to find other accommodations. Very disappointing experience.

I was disappointed with the overall condition of the property. There was visible mold in our room, and the hallways had a strong unpleasant smell. When we brought our concerns to the staff, the situation was not handled professionally. The cleanliness and customer service did not meet expectations.
