Lived here for about 4 years. Loved when American Landmark took over as they invested into this property and then seemed to decline. Move to a different unit in the property and have nothing but issues ever since. AC is constantly out and never truly fixed. This issue has been persisting for a year and never fixed. AC runs our electric bill close to $200/month which is ridiculous for a 2 bedroom. AC unit runs nonstop as it can never cool the place down. Can’t wait until the lease is up to move out!

It’s very sad how bad they value their property and residents. Apartments leak and air conditioning never works.

The elevator is down 3 times a week and we are afraid to get stuck in it.... that’s just 1 of the 75426688653245 issues living here

Yes the new management is great and the pool and grills now are always clean and the property looks amazing i feel like i live in a resort!

Poor management, dogs always barking, never answer phones, office closed on Sundays, etc etc etc.
