This review is by no means directed to the salon itself but toward the stylist Kynzie. I had a wonderful experience a year ago with a different stylist which is why I took the over three hour trip back to the salon. My appointment took about 4.5 hours, which felt excessive for the service I received. First foil was put in at about 9:30am and taken out at about 12:15pm I came in asking for partial gray coverage with a warm, dimensional result. I had the most wonderful experience at Bella Amici — and it was my very first visit! Katie Wacker was absolutely amazing. She listened carefully to what I wanted and nailed it perfectly. The haircut exceeded my expectations, and I left feeling like the best version of myself. Beyond her incredible skill, Katie made the whole experience so enjoyable. Got a very refreshing, top notch haircut from Katie Wacker, clean and exactly what I was envisioning. Would highly recommend for men’s cuts, don’t hesitate and just trust the pro’s gotcha.
Katie Wacker is incredible! She listened to exactly what I wanted and really knows curly hair. Her gentle touch and attention to detail made this the most comfortable haircut I’ve ever had. The salon is modern industrial boho—lofty, airy, and luxurious—with tasteful decor and complimentary coffee/tea. I will definitely be coming back and can’t recommend her enough!
