Management basically doesn't exist. Messages mostly go to a black hole, you have to follow up relentlessly for weeks on end to get any reply whatsoever. The building and units are very shiny though, it looks nice and the view is great - that's how they get you.

By far one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve had trying to simply tour an apartment. Tried to tour a 2 bed, 2 bath. On the day of, management (Christian) reached out to push the booking back from 4pm to 5pm due to a clerical error. I agreed and asked for clarification on details regarding the unit. This was not responded to for a couple hours until I had already commuted 30 minutes into Seattle and moved my meetings to accommodate the scheduling error. If you accept a tour booking and confirm that someone will be there, the person in charge should actually show up. I have been waiting for over an hour with no one arriving and no reply to my messages. I have no idea what is going on. If you cannot manage the appointments, you shouldn't have accepted the booking in the first place. My time is valuable, and I did not come all this way just to waste it

This management is the absolute worst! The heat doesn’t work in the apartments and they do absolutely nothing about it even after over a year of asking they’re response is we have a space heater, which is completely dangerous since they have now widows or good ventilation. After many attempts I’ve finally consulted a lawyer. Don’t waste your time moving in to the apartment.
