If you accept a tour booking and confirm that someone will be there, the person in charge should actually show up. I have been waiting for over an hour with no one arriving and no reply to my messages. I have no idea what is going on. If you cannot manage the appointments, you shouldn't have accepted the booking in the first place. My time is valuable, and I did not come all this way just to waste it
This management is the absolute worst! The heat doesn’t work in the apartments and they do absolutely nothing about it even after over a year of asking they’re response is we have a space heater, which is completely dangerous since they have now widows or good ventilation. After many attempts I’ve finally consulted a lawyer. Don’t waste your time moving in to the apartment.

If you can’t even book an appointment, then how can you even build trust with your prospective tenants to live there?! I’ve been trying to book a tour for their property and 2br unit, but for some reason the site keeps saying that I’m not meeting the criteria. So I decided to call (the first time) and it only rang.
