Nice apt bad visitors parking
If you can’t even book an appointment, then how can you even build trust with your prospective tenants to live there?! I’ve been trying to book a tour for their property and 2br unit, but for some reason the site keeps saying that I’m not meeting the criteria. So I decided to call (the first time) and it only rang. If I could rate the management company 0 stars, I would. They are awful. Unresponsive and provides no solutions to major issues. We will be without AC for THREE months. We cannot open our windows and the apartment reaches over 85 degrees. They provided a swamp cooler but there is no ventilation in our apartments so the heat and humidity generated from the cooler has nowhere to go. So the entire apartment feels like a Florida swamp. We have been without AC so far for 3 weeks and will be without it for an additional 3 weeks. You are totally reliant on AC in this building for ventilation. You cannot open the windows. If the AC stops working like it has for the entire fourth floor, your unit will heat up and will not cool down—the heat has nowhere to go without ventilation. I scheduled a tour. It was cancelled a few mins before the scheduled time. I arrived there not knowing it was cancelled as I was driving. I was not given any reason and asked to reschedule. I am not rescheduling and not going there. They are very unprofessional
