This property never answers the phone for leasing information. I’m trying to find an apartment for my dad, who lives in New York. However, every time I call, it goes straight to voicemail. My dad has a very limited timeframe, and I would hate to move him into a non-senior community because it’s difficult to communicate with anyone at this property.
I'm going on my second year here, and I couldn't be happier. This is a very well-kept, clean apartment complex, with kind, helpful staff, and the maintenance, including snow/ice removal, is top notch. I live in a building where my fellow tenants are friendly and respectful. This, so far, has been a very good experience. I feel lucky and grateful that this is the apartment complex I chose.
