Love Love Love! These apartments are amazing! Great condition with high end finishes and close to just about everything in Wilsonville. I can walk to great restaurants, the grocery store, coffee, and just about everything I need.
A Disappointment / Huge Frustration / Unprofessional Management/ A Nightmare My nightmare began when I signed my leasing contract; at this time the building was under FPI Management. They left days later and I was happy and optimistic; but I didn't know what was coming: TMG Management. To this day I do not have a card key, which you use to open the front door of the building, the backyard area and the rooftop area. The apt was nice, convenient next to everything great apartment as long as you don’t need anything worked on. management sucked! when you finally get a hold of them, nobody knows what you’re talking about. Very unprofessional.
avoid completely i went to view a studio and the door was left open. i went to the view and the kitchen counter was damaged. the customer service is terrible they didn't respond for 4 days after we called them and emailed them
Building is nice enough. FPIMgt is utter garbage. Their staff can’t execute leases properly. They are impossible to get to respond. Corporate is useless. Trying to sort out our lease buyout and we’ve been trying to get literally anyone to give us an account update for two weeks. Even a mediocre management company would change my review to 5 stars.
