Not worth it. My downstairs neighbors are always loud and they smoke so much that my bedroom and bathroom reek of smoke and to the point that I don't even sleep in my bedroom now. I have contacted the property manager about it so many times and have seen 0 resolve. On top of that, my apartment had mice and it took about 3 times of trying to contact the property managers to fix the problem.
