I am a client at this program. It's not a terrible program, but staff are not very helpful. When you bring up anything about your mental health they throw it in your face and tell you to talk to a therapist. I talked to their supervisor and she was very unhelpful with my concerns. I had to change caseworkers because I did not like working with my last one. I had 3 issues with her since I worked with her. Very disappointed to see there reviews. I was a client there back 2012-13 and I think they are fantastic!

Despite the negative reviews. I have been living at Bell for 5 months now and it's been one of the best places I've lived in the last 5 years since I turned 18.Will say staff are very supportive and willing to help you if you are willing to help yourself. I understand some people may not like the rent prices but everything in life is expensive. I do understand the housing market is really expensive right now, and its hard to find a place with affordable rent. I have been to way worse places on my life, this is like a luxury ... read more

Staff is terrible. My girlfriend is a client here. She is treated poorly. She is yelled at and screamed at. staff do not know how to control themselves. And when reported and or talk to about to the higher ups. Nothing gets done. They don't even care enough themselves. The other clients in the house even see the same as that things going on. When I am a visitor I see it myself. And other clients in the house also tell me about it too. and they also are taking all over money she gets SSI mostly all of it those two rent. They ... read more
