I don't recommended to no one, I was an employee for bell family shelter and they terminated me making false accusations of me ,stealing a pair of shoes of the directors niece and it was false because they found the shoes,and they never call me to apologize and they even terminate me when I was a good and hard working employee, they don't pay good! I
The employees need payed A LOT more for the B.S. they have to endure. My family member has been giving more than 20 years to this company and still can't make 15-20$hr. They take care of not one, not two, but three clients at thier home. Rutters gas station hires 17$, a gas station!!! my family member is a very hard worker. They take clients to appointments, answers the phone,cleans the house, helps with dinner,does the meds for clients, dishes, SHOPPING, and also take care of clients with mental health problems.
