WOW & WHOA! I rented on Humboldt in 2009 & 10 and am returning to Bell after doing my grandsons high school years in the burbs. Ive NEVER had problems w/maintenance, locks or overt filth, But then I also KNOW how (& that most of us) clean are apt's to our expectations when we move in. I would report problems to office & manager and response was timely. DO NOT RENT HERE. AWFUL MANAGEMENT. Please Do Not rent 2604 N Murray Ave Apartments. Recently i rented Bell property apt down the Murray and Belleview. This apt are awful and their services are ridiculous. There are lots of bugs and spiders on the ceiling every day. It's impossible to get ahold of managers. If you would like to get nice place than do not move here, the rent is 765.00 and going up, ridiculous for the size and the service. Bell Property is the most unresponsive management firm ever.

2585 N Cramer St Milwaukee WI – Bell is the best landlord in Milwaukee!!! This apartment has greatly improved ever since we got our new property manager. Everything is kept clean, and my maintenance requests are getting done the very same day!!! Not used to that at other places I have rented at. They don't make you live with carpet that is 10+ years old, and they just seem to take pride in the properties they owned. Bell pretty much sucks – When we first moved into the apartments on Frederick/Webster I had few complaints because the price seemed good - they were charging us $690 for a one-bedroom on the first floor. BUT we have had a LOT of problems living here for less than a year and all of them are things that weren’t noticeable in a tour. Also, the rent is going up to $750 for just a one bedroom. AWFULL!! POOR CONSTRUCTION – Ridge Manor Apartments at 10615 W Ridge Rd, Hales Corners, WI. DO NOT RENT HERE. AWFUL MANAGEMENT. I have been renting a lower unit since Nov. 2010. Avoid at all costs!!! – The building at 2585 Cramer is unbelieveably filthy, unsafe (front door rarely locked) and Bell is the most unresponsive management firm you will ever find. All they want is your check and nothing else. The building is so poorly maintained, it's a wonder that they have any tenants at all. There are so many other places to choose from that are hundreds of times better for the same money!!

AVOID Birchtree Court Apartments. 2585 North Cramer Street, Milwaukee – Do not rent at 2585 Cramer Street, Birchtree Court Apartments, they have some of the laziest managers ever! not even kidding. first off when we moved in everything is supposed to be clean and ready to go but it was not.
