Poor Management and slow response time: I recently had an unfortunate experience with Bell Management. Their communication was lacking, and their response time was disappointingly slow. After paying the application fee, it took them two days to respond to my inquiries about missing information. This delay was particularly frustrating as I needed to move in as soon as possible. I've been living here for almost 3 years now and I've never had issues or complaints about anything. It's a peaceful environment where I stay and managment has always been easy to work with.
Saw their ads on craigslist. Felix the property manager got back to us right away and his attention to detail and demeanor are what convinced us to apply for this location. The units and property are all very clean and well maintained. They offer move in specials and most utilities are included. Very positive experience!
I have lived at this location for 3 years now, and I have always been happy with the management - especially Felix the building manager. His friendly demeanor, attention to detail, timeliness, and willingness to always help are what has kept me living here for so long! Always a great experience with him!
