Honestly, never had a problem. Maintenance is super fast if you need something and the property is kept quite clean. Super nice and helpful property manager
Lived in Milwaukee for over 10+ years renting. Never have dealt with a worse company. DO NOT RENT FROM BELL. They are just looking to take advantage of people.
I lived at Riverwalk and it was a terrible move out experience. They insisted on showing my apartment when I was moving out that day and they still haven't responded to my last email with questions I had sent them, which was about 20 days ago. I also still haven't received my security deposit back. I tried to call them, but their voicemail box was full. They're an extremely unprofessional company and getting worse.
