Absolutely ABHORRENT management from these people. There has been a neglected dog on one of their tenants balconies—which is obviously a lease violation-and they have done absolutely ZERO to help this poor suffering dog. The most they did was put a literal sign up outside the property of 349 S Layfette Park Place, stating that the dog was supposedly OK. ★☆☆☆☆ Absolutely appalling management. This company has shown zero integrity, zero accountability, and no compassion for animal welfare. There is a dog that has been confined to a balcony for weeks, surrounded by feces and urine, no food or water, crying continuously, and left outside in the blistering heat. You ALL know a dog is being abused. You are a DISGUSTING to allow tenants to abuse there dog and laugh about it - SICK! This confirmed by your own tenant on video. What property allows 8 pee pads soiled in old OLD PISS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! One piece of poop means they don't feed it. I would NEVER live here if you are looking. Their tenant who is abusing their dog verbally threatened others living there. Literally, who would live at a DUMP like this EEEEEWWWW!!!!!!
