DO NOT WORK WITH. Company is very specific and loves to give violations for the smallest things. I moved into my apartment in October. It is now January and I have received three different trash violations costing 50 dollars each. The last violation was reporting that my trash bags were too large when I have been using the same bags since October and it has never been an issue. I no longer use this service even though it is included in my rent. I will not be giving this company anymore of my money for stupid mishaps.
My experience with Bell Partners has been deeply disappointing. As the management company for Riata Apartments, they have consistently failed to address serious safety and habitability concerns, despite numerous attempts to communicate and resolve these issues. Gunfire has been heard multiple times on the property, including two rounds of submachine gunfire right outside my apartment.
