Very disappointing with this HOA. Always send me garbage can violation which I never did violate a thing. Stop sending me violation that I never did.
I’m homeowner in pilgrim lake dr and this organization always send me garbage can violation which I never did. Garbage company come pick up every Friday and i always return the garbage can right after my work at Friday night. Stop sending me garbage can violation for the thing that I never did!
Customer service of Bell Nash is limited to the very minimum that they want to provide. We have email, phone, etc. and they force customer correspondence to a written response just to make it difficult and defensible. I tried calling in to ask a question about paying association fees and the line hangs up before anyone answers. This company puts profit over customer service.
