I have been a customer here for a couple of years, which is why I’m disappointed to be writing this review. Unfortunately, my last two visits have completely changed my experience. During my first recent visit, I was seated in the pedicure chair and waited around 20 minutes for someone to start my service. While I was still waiting, another customer walked in, was seated right next to me, and was immediately attended to while I continued sitting there waiting. I’ve lived in Longview since 2019, I have gone to just about every nail salon in Longview. This place is hands down the best, the men and women that work here are so nice. The nails and polish always last. BEST PLACE IN TOWN!
Bells nails workers are great and kind
I went to get acrylics and they didn’t turn out very good. but i noticed everything used on my nails were not clean at all. the guy used a nail file on me that was 100% used on other people.. their supposed to be using new ones for every person and it definitely had been used on at least 10 other people. also used his own nails to push back my cuticles.. it just seemed super unsanitary to me. i’ve never had this issue before with other places
