Bell installed my HVAC in my new build 7 years ago. Part failed. There's a 10 year parts warranty on the failed equipment (only if the part was registered within 60 days). Guess if that happened by Bell Mechanical's new build department? Nope! Guess if I was provided any paperwork 7 years ago to do it myself? Also nope.
Jose Elario and Rigo with the retro group Came to our house and and repaired our unit in the attic Friday evening after what we thought was going to be a really major issue . Jose assured us that they would have it fixed and mounted and running correctly and they sure did. Thank you Bell for being swift and making sure that me and my family had our AC back in no time.
UPDATED REVIEW I’m updating my original review after Bell Mechanical took steps to resolve our HVAC warranty issue. Initially, we were extremely frustrated and disappointed with how the situation was handled. Despite multiple service visits dating back to 2023 for a cooling issue, the root cause—a leaking evaporator coil—was not identified until May 2025, after our labor/diagnostic warranty had expired. Extremely disappointed in Bell Mechanical and how they’ve handled our warranty issue. They installed the HVAC system in our home (part of a K. Hovnanian build in Texas)in November 2022, which came with a 10-year parts and 2-year labor/diagnostic warranty. In 2023, we reported that our home was uncomfortably hot. Bell Mechanical sent technicians who only performed air balancing and speculated that the unit might be undersized—no proper diagnosis was done.
