Extremely disappointed in Bell Mechanical and how they’ve handled our warranty issue. They installed the HVAC system in our home (part of a K. Hovnanian build in Texas)in November 2022, which came with a 10-year parts and 2-year labor/diagnostic warranty. In 2023, we reported that our home was uncomfortably hot. Bell Mechanical sent technicians who only performed air balancing and speculated that the unit might be undersized—no proper diagnosis was done. He calms my nerves even when the Texas weather wants to make my home hot. Great company and they have a great guy in Tony.
This company is not very good when it comes to new build hvac systems Technician is just trying to save face by saying they did everything by the book and it passed inspection The thing sounds like a freight train when its running I asked a simple question Did you test the static pressure; he claims he does not have to. My issues are endless with this shame of a company. New construction home with Beazer and Bell install the HVAC, well there’s the first mistake. This company has been a bane to my existence since I moved in March of 2022. A/C was blowing cold air filed a claim through my home warranty company only to find out the system was not installed correctly missing bypass lack of capacity missing return and to make matters worse it is overheating and shutting itself off.
