Ball Installed our HVAC 4 years ago in a new home. We have used them for maintenance since then. We appreciate their professional and awesome techs.
Chan was very thorough. He balanced the air flow, cleaned the condenser and showed me how to clean the fresh air intake filter screen.
Lederick was awesome and very pleasant to talk to and he took the time to explain his findings of the issues with the airflow to one of the rooms in my home. He was very thorough in his assessment of my HVAC system and determining where the problem areas were and fixed them. He was also very professional and showed excellent skills and knowledge for his line of work and provided options for best solution and optimization of unit.
