Booked (and pre-paid with credit card) bus for 11 passengers going to LV airport - pick up Oct 27, 2022 time 05:20am at Harrah's Hotel (Las Vegas) car park. Around 04:30am received email stating that driver on the way and should be there prior to 05:20am - WOW I thought so efficient. Our group of 11 (including 3 that were mobility challenged) were at pick up point (Harrah's Hotel car park) at 05:10am. Come 05:30am still NO SHOW. Made a reservation for pick up at 7:30 am. Received a call the following day to confirm my reservation. Without my knowledge or permission I received an email that same day stating my pick up time was changed to the time we land. (This company bills you for 1 hour and charges if you go over the hour. Changing our pick u time would benefit them as they could charge us more money if we went over the hour.) My Daughter did her 21st birthday in Vegas back in November. The driver who picked her and her party up from airport was ok. When asked can one of the guest ask can they take a picture of the sign with my daughter's name he was not willing at first talking about he don't want to be in the picture. He finally let them take the picture. He never allow them to take pictures by the limo he was rushing them to get to the liquor store. That wasn't important to me. VERY disappointing. Got the white limo for our wedding. Was promised a complimentary bottle of champagne because of COVID no bar. No champagne, no water. Nothing. No TV, no music, and no way to shut window to driver for any privacy. WASTE of money. Ask for another driver than MARK, who took off from every stop like the devil himself was chasing us. If we had had a drink it would have been all over us. TERRIBLE!!!!
