I decided to go to Bell Jewelers because of how long they have been in business and because their salesman Wendy Frye promised if something happened and I had to return the product she would. When I had to return it, she said she "never remembered saying that". After talking to the managers, they said they wouldnt honor their employees lies. So, she got a sell, they got their money, and the loyal customers get screwed over. Awful place of business and ran very poorly by Greg and Lisa. Hate to see a family business be ran dow... read more
