Great service George Haslerig always treats me so well. When my repair estimate came in far greater than what I expected, he broke the news to me gently and spent considerable time explaining what was going wrong to cause the error code that showed. He also took time in helping me understand what was needed to complete the repairs. He arranged for the shuttle to drive me home and pick me up when the work was done. I really appreciate his professionalism and his kind demeanor. He is a great representative of Bell Honda.
BAD EXPERIENCE AT "BELL HONDA" On April 17, 2012 I went to "Bell Honda" with the intentions of looking for a new vehicle equiped with a Power Moon-Roof which I had spend 22,127.65. I Bought My Honda Civic From Bell Honda I had a very good experience at Bell Honda. The General Manager, Travis Holt, stopped by when I was working with my salesman and made sure I was happy with my deal. I leased a 2009 Civic and I think I got a great lease deal. I've been comparing Honda prices for a few months and this month, the lease prices were the best prices I have seen. My experience was great and I recommend them.
Superior service Everyone at the service department is always so excellent to me, I always bring all of my oil changes and warranty fixes to the Honda Dealership. Love it here I drive an extra 25 miles each way, just to go to Bell Honda as I have been so happy with the service reps. I'm an older woman and don't ever feel they are taking advantage of me because of my age. I can't say that about some of the service centers I have gone to! I really appreciate it that they also wash my truck every time, it is over 5 years old and still looks great. Deceptive Buyback Event Offer I went to Bell Honda Last week due to a mail I got offering me a Buy back of my Honda Odyssey and I had a terrible experience. Watch out these people are using deceptive advertising in my opinion for their Buyback Sales Event. I was sent an offer for my Odyssey with my VIN number, my name was on it and then at the dealership they denied me the offer because my van was not 'Touring'.
