Great service George Haslerig always treats me so well. When my repair estimate came in far greater than what I expected, he broke the news to me gently and spent considerable time explaining what was going wrong to cause the error code that showed. He also took time in helping me understand what was needed to complete the repairs. He arranged for the shuttle to drive me home and pick me up when the work was done. I really appreciate his professionalism and his kind demeanor. He is a great representative of Bell Honda.
BAD EXPERIENCE AT "BELL HONDA" On April 17, 2012 I went to "Bell Honda" with the intentions of looking for a new vehicle equiped with a Power Moon-Roof which I had spend 22,127.65. Superior service Everyone at the service department is always so excellent to me, I always bring all of my oil changes and warranty fixes to the Honda Dealership. Deceptive Buyback Event Offer I went to Bell Honda Last week due to a mail I got offering me a Buy back of my Honda Odyssey and I had a terrible experience. Watch out these people are using deceptive advertising in my opinion for their Buyback Sales Event. I was sent an offer for my Odyssey with my VIN number, my name was on it and then at the dealership they denied me the offer because my van was not 'Touring'. Beware! I bought a new 2008 Honda Fit from this dealership in May 2008. At the time of the sale they pushed me to buy a three year tire maintenance agreement for $400, which was actually more than I ended up paying for four brand new tires during that period. They got the money for the tire maintenance policy refunded to me at my request, but I never received the tax I paid.
