Curtis rent homes with no heat and water. Then, Curtis writes bad checks. Curtis uses Kathryn Jackman and Maureen McDermott as his front. He lists his places on Airbnb, then switches you when you arrive. When you leave, Curtis will write you a bad check, like he did me. I will be suing Curtis as his bounced check is a crime in GA. Curtis is a slumlord as scammer.
