The worst dental practice ever. Run while you still have time. My husband went to bell dental care in bayside for a canker sore in his mouth. The office did not put in authorization for procedure to cut it. I know because I called united Healthcare. I left four messages for Jenny who handles insurance claims. She never bothered to return my phone calls. they don't care. Since then the canker is getting larger and my poor husband can't close his lips. Am suing them
My son who has special needs had 2 wisdom teeth removed last Thursday, the oral surgeon and her assistant were very nice to him and handled him well. They kept him calm. I want to say thank you so much for their help.
