I haven’t been at this place in 3+ years and they keep sending me a bill via text message. You can only submit a claim to insurance within a yr of treatment, and they cannot bill a patient legally if that patient is self pay this late after treatment occurs. Just because new office staff took over, it doesn’t give you permission to charge me. I paid up front the date service was provided.

I had to find a new dentist since my insurance changed. I'm a new patient at Harborcreek Dental. I have sensitive teeth and dread getting my teeth cleaned. I hate to floss and had plaque build up (took over six months to get an appointment). Carolyn was my hygienist and she was excellent! I did not experience any discomfort and Dr. Johnson was thorough. I am glad I chose this dental practice.

I was a patient of Dr Bell for roughly 40 years since I was a kid. I was disappointed to hear he was moving on but I expected it would happen sometime. What made me nervous was if my favorite hygienist was sticking around. I trusted Dr Bell but I didn't have a patient/doctor relationship with him. I stayed because of Shelly the hygienist. She also moved on which stunk. I know a bunch of people who were not pleased about the transition and immediately moved on without giving Harborcreek Dental a chance. Absolutely the best dentist around, Dr Johnson and team are beyond awesome and knowledgeable , Sophia normally takes care of me and is ALWAYS is great! Highly recommend checking them out for all your dental needs!

This office specifically advertises they set aside time for emergency appointments and claims to be an emergency dentist. This is a lie. I just called to try and get in in the next couple of days for a broken tooth and was told they don’t have anything available for several weeks. The person who took the call had no idea what I was talking about when I said the website advertises themselves as an emergency dentist that keeps slots open for emergencies.
