I went back and forth about posting a review, even waiting a bit to see if time made me feel different/trying to figure out if I was just overthinking my visit, but I feel like if I had read about my experience, I might have saved my time and gone to a different doctor. While I think this doctor is knowledgeable in her field, I feel that she lacks bedside manner, and if that is something that you look for in a doctor, this is not the one to visit. I played phone tag with them (they never answer their phone) to see if my referral came in yet, I called several times throughout several weeks. It takes about 5 calls for them to get around to getting back to you. Finally they said they received it but have to review it. I got a call from the referring doctor saying they got a fax that they aren’t taking new patients. Why did they just not tell me that from the beginning instead of making me go through all that trouble?

Dr Brenda Bell is an exceptionally thorough, compassionate and a very professional endocrinologist. As it works out, both my wife and I have needed to use her services for years. A number of years ago, she did have some staff issues, but that has long ago been resolved. We have been to many different doctors for various issues and she always remains outstanding. She spends far more time than other doctors to understand your medical needs. She is excellent.

Exceptional care! Dr. Bell takes her time with you and is so helpful. Have loved having her through my thyroidectomy experience.
