Called the office to confirm my appointment around lunch time and answering service said they would call me back to confirm if my appt was 3 or 4 pm. Tried calling back several times at 12:53 and at 1:38 and at 2:23; but was left with a hold plz indefinitely. They called me back at 3:10 to say that my appt was at 3:00 and I missed it and had to pay $50 when I showed up at 3:45. Bad office management!
